If you live in an area where you have a lot of thunderstorms and lightning then it is highly recommended you think twice about getting one. 3-Wind turbines have some sharp blades and can be very deadly for birds. If you live in an area where birds fly across often then you will probably wake up with a few dead birds every once in a while.

4-The majority of wind turbines out there are very loud. If you want to pay a lot of money to get a turbine that is quiet then that is up to you, but most people can’t afford it. If you live in an area with a lot of neighbors be ready to hear some complaints.
