This step is important because this organic matter will decompose and you don’t want your fence decomposing (rotting!) with it! Remember, you are giving your fence a long life with this step!

Repair your fence as soon as you notice any damage. The faster you can replace a split piece of wood, or a rusted hinge, the less likely that the damage will get worse.

I know that its sounds so very cliche, but its true. Your new fence really doesn’t ask for much, and putting it off is something that can ruin a perfectly good fence.
